Own compliance for Shield's next billion in volume.
We've moved $600M+ for importers, exporters and wholesalers with a team of 13, and the founders still make most compliance calls. We're hiring the person who owns the program and scales it with us.
Payments are easy. Ensuring compliance is the hard part.
Our clients are importers, exporters and wholesalers moving six and seven figure payments across borders, many of them between the US and Latin America. Shield gives them USD accounts settled on stablecoins and a Visa business card built around inventory spend. Every client and every payment goes through our compliance program, so your decisions shape what clients can do and how fast.
The program is built and running: written BSA/AML policies, KYB and KYC onboarding, wallet screening, transaction monitoring and a team of analysts, with AI agents doing the repetitive work and people reviewing it. What it needs now is one owner. The seat becomes Chief Compliance Officer as we scale.
You own the compliance program, day-to-day operations, and key decisions.
